Only indoor adult cats and indoor adult dogs (at least one year old) are allowed, up to 2 pets per unit. Maximum weight limit is 25 lb per pet. Small caged animals (e.g., common household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without deposit or pet rent, limited to 2 (fish reasonable amount), with no more than three aquariums totaling 40 gallons.
